Payment is due upfront for Clinics and upfront or on the day for lessons.
If you cancel a lesson within 24 hours or less notice period, you will be required to pay the full price of the lesson. If you arrive late for your scheduled session, Jen Fox will be unable to extend your finish time due to other coaching commitments at the venue or elsewhere. You will of course receive what coaching you can in the time period of your agreed lesson time left, but no longer.
Riding is a risk sport you do so at your own risk. Jen Fox cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss, to any persons, horse or rider.
PPE - BODY PROTECTORS: Are advised for flat and SJ jump lessons. BODY PROTECTORS are ESSENTIAL for all XC Lessons & Clinics. If you do not have one or arrive without one, for safety reasons unfortunately, you will not be able to participate mounted, but are welcome to participate on foot. Air jackets are also strongly advised, but not essential. We will not be able to refund your booking.
PPE - HATS: Please make sure for our safety reasons your heads are protected with the most appropriate helmet that fits well, or has been fitted for you. Fixed, peak helmets CANNOT be used for XC. If you arrive with a fixed peak hat, you will not be able to participate mounted and we will be unable to refund your booking.
Terms and Conditions are in place for safety and fairness, If you do not accept and agree to these terms, you do not have permission to book lessons / clinics with this instructor.
It is your responsibility to read, understand and agree these conditions prior to taking lessons / coaching with Jen Fox. When you book with Jen Fox Equestrian Coach, you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions set.
All clinic spaces must be booked online via this website www.jenfoxequestriancoach.co.uk unless stated otherwise.
All clinic spaces are NON-REFUNDABLE, however if we can fill your space, then your booking can be transferred to a future clinic date of the same value or a refund can be given in exceptional circumstances or at Jen Fox's discretion.
