Pole work helps improve balance, co-ordination and foot placement whilst improving core strength, and improving the top line. 

During the session, we will practice all elements of the Scales of Training, rhythm, suppleness, contact, impulsion, straightness and collection.

You will also be required to sign a Bucklebury Equestrian Disclaimer before taking part.  This week be emailed to you to email back scanned or bring in the day before you jump.
You will not be permitted to use the facilities until a Disclaimer has been signed.
